Již tradičně přináším zprávu o zasedání AS. Sešli jsme se ve čtvrtek 20.3.08 a projednali celkem sedm bodů.
Na začátku vystoupil děkan s informacemi vedení fakulty. Stále probíhají jednání s jednotlivými katedrami, přičemž naposled byla pozvána Katedra správního práva, Katedra obchodního práva a Katedra národního hospodářství. Příští týden přijde na řadu Katedra pracovního práva. Děkan rovněž zmínil teze k nové koncepci magisterského studia, které příští týden projednáme na Komisi pro koncepci studia, pak je rozpracuje kolegium děkana a konečnou podobu by měly dostat na výjezdním zasedání AS. Děkan také komentoval probíhající přijímací řízení, hospodaření fakulty, Bílou knihu terciárního vzdělávání, chystanou konferenci u příležitosti 660. výročí UK a reprezentační ples PFUK, který se konal minulý pátek. Většina bodů byla pak projednána podrobně v rámci AS.
Druhým bodem byla diskuse o přípravě celostátní koncepce terciárního vzdělávání, jejímž základem je tzv. Bílá kniha terciárního vzdělávání, kterou jsme měli k dispozici. Tento bod byl původně zařazen až nakonec, požádal jsem však o jeho dřívější projednání z toho důvodu, že na Senát přijal moje pozvání Martin Svatoš z univerzitního senátu, aby informoval o tom, na čem se dohodla studentská kurie na úrovni univerzity. „Bílá kniha je špatný dokument, která má ale i několik světlých míst,“ tlumočil stanovisko studentské části AS UK Martin Svatoš.
